1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and q989 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of q989.app and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or spin, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing q989 on behalf of someone else or in circumstances where these Terms would not apply to you, you must not proceed with registration. These Terms apply continuously for as long as you hold an active account on q989.

2 Eligibility

To register and use q989 you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may register only one account on q989. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, q989 may close the additional accounts and suspend associated balances while an investigation is conducted.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

q989 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or in response to specific account activity. You may be asked to provide a government-issued identification document and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or account access being restricted.

4 Deposits

q989 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other supported mobile wallets as made available from time to time. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted.

Deposit amounts are reflected in your q989 PKR wallet following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer and Raast deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. q989 does not apply a processing fee to standard deposits, though your payment provider may have its own transaction charges that are separate from q989.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. q989 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made from the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where this is technically feasible, or to a verified payment method registered to your account in your own name.

Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day for verified accounts under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing times.

q989 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may cause a delay in certain cases. Where a withdrawal is held for review, q989 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on q989 are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market as displayed within the sportsbook. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted at displayed odds, those odds are locked in. Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to account for real-time data processing — this is a normal feature of live betting and not an error.

q989 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, events that are cancelled or abandoned, data feed failures that affect market integrity, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time.

6.1 Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket markets including Pakistan internals, Pakistan Super League, T20 and other formats follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Match winner bets are settled based on the official result. In the event of a match being abandoned without a result, the relevant rules for the competition (Duckworth-Lewis method or Super Over in limited-overs formats) apply to settlement. Matches with no official result are typically voided unless specific rules for the market state otherwise.

7 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slot titles on q989 are supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified. q989 does not have access to or control over individual game RNG outputs — the results are determined entirely by the provider's certified software at the moment of each spin or game round.

In the event of a software malfunction, technical fault or incomplete game round, the relevant game provider's rules for error handling apply. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will generally be returned to your account. q989 is not liable for losses resulting from third-party game provider technical failures beyond returning the relevant stake.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is made available. General bonus principles that apply across all q989 promotions include:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain

13 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to suspected misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following appropriate processing. 14 Changes to These Terms

q989 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided on the platform with a reasonable period before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of q989 after updated Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
